God loved us, He created the everything for us so we would want for nothing.  He could have commanded that we love Him, but His love was so great that He gave us the gift of choice.  How did we return that gift, that love?  By corrupting all that God had made perfect.  We lusted, we  murdered.  We lived for wickedness.  We developed a sinful nature. Destruction was inevitable.  However, He fortunately was not done with us, so please read on.
